1971 Chevrolet Corvette

Here is an opportunity to own a one-off 1971 Corvette Stingray build featuring a Greenwood Can Am Wide Body kit. This car was a 30 year dream of local SCCA Legends Racecar builder, Mr. Garnett. It has only 550 miles since a comprehensive frame-off restoration/build. Features a .60 over fully refreshed 350, with Edelbrock Aluminum Heads, Comp Cam, Roller Rocker Arms, Twin 500cfm Edelbrock Carbs, Electronic Ignition, Long Tube Headers, Full 2 1/2 inch Exhaust with x-pipe, and more. Equipped with factory style AC (cold working) with R134A refrigerant. The transmission is a Doug Nash 4+1 Street 5 Speed Manual going to a freshly rebuilt 3:08 rear-end from Corvette America. Vehicle features Ridetech Dual Rate Front Springs accompanied by Ridetech Mono Composite Rear Leaf Suspension. All bushings and shocks were replaced, Billstein shocks are on all 4 corners.  Factory style bushings or upgraded bushings were used along with brand new hydraulic power steering ram. Corvette rolls on original Wide Body Mag Wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Interior is all new and works and looks as such. All lights work as well as gauges. Even the clock keeps time! The factory style radio is actually a Custom Auto Sounds upgrade with aux import to pipe in your own tunes. Leather T-top bags are in the cargo area as well as pop down hatch for the rear window to be stored in while cruising. The car was restored over a 10 year period, first becoming street able in 2015. Because of Mr. Garnett's age and mobility, he was unable to enjoy very much, which is why she only has 550 miles on her as of current.
